1. What are the timings of weight lifting classes?
Sundays 9am - 10am beginners
Sundays 10am - 11am intermediate
You don't have to be a member of CrossFit Blackpool to come to a class.
2. How much are classes?
Classes are £5 pay-as-you-go and can be paid online or in cash on the morning.
If you're a member of CrossFit Blackpool please see your membership type for information.
3. What do I need to do before my first class?
You'll need to complete our PARQ form before coming to your first class. If you book via GoTeamUp CrossFit Blackpool App, it'll also ask for your basic info - however you'll still need to do our one for insurance purposes.
4. Do I need a guardian letter if I am under 18?
Yes you can request this when filling in the details on the right
5. How can I pay for my membership?
Not applicable till 2020
The club's ethos is the same as it's founding in 2016, to create a community that is focussed on the enjoyment and development of weight lifting across the Fylde coast.
Every Sunday we lift in two classes, 9 am for beginners or those coming back to Olympic Lifting, and 10 am for intermediates.
You don't have to be a member of CrossFit Blackpool or Fylde Coast Weightlifting to join us for a class, as we have a pay-as-you-go payment option.
