What We Offer


Alongside our weekly lifting sessions we offer a range of services to individuals and groups to improve performance, fitness, wellbeing and education. For more information get in touch

Group Sessions

We have regular coaches group weightlifting sessions £5.00 per person

Due to covid we are currently hosting online sessions via Zoom

One to Ones

We are able to offer one to one coaching for weightlifting, powerlifting or strength and conditioning.
Currently available on Zoom

Programming

Using evidence based practice and years of experience. Our programming is tailoured to your specific needs and goals and periodised.

Other Services


Both Coaches are also qualified teachers with experience up to degree level lecturing. Each have over a decade of experience coaching sports and working with a diverse range of abilities, from absolute beginners to national competitive athletes.

Workshops

A range of workshops can be hosted at your venue for your team or private groups. Including weightlifting, agility, fitness or mobility.

Competition Coaching

Competition coaching available for Weightlifting, Powerlifting and other sporting events. 

Education

Guest Lectures, Classes, Workshops and Seminars available and tailoured to requested learning outcomes.

About Fylde Coast Weightlifting Club


The club's ethos is the same as it's founding in 2017, to create a community that is focussed on the enjoyment and development of weight lifting across the Fylde coast.


Every Sunday we lift in two classes, 9 am for beginners or those coming back to Olympic Lifting, and 10 am for intermediates.


You don't have to be a member of CrossFit Blackpool or Fylde Coast Weightlifting to join us for a class, as we have a pay-as-you-go payment option
