Founded in 2016 with the aim to:
To provide a platform for local aspiring athletes to develop their strength.
To provide a support network for weightlifters and powerlifters of all abilities.
And to develop the sports of weightlifting and powerlifting.
We are creating a community that is accessible to all.
We have a mix of professionals including qualified lifting, strength and conditioning coaches within the club.
Regular guest workshops, group meet ups and compeitions in the calendar.
We are an affiliate of British powerlifting and British Weightlifting. This allows you to enter the competitions and have coaches to support if requested.

The club's ethos is the same as it's founding in 2016, to create a community that is focussed on the enjoyment and development of weight lifting across the Fylde coast.
Every Sunday we lift in two classes, 9 am for beginners or those coming back to Olympic Lifting, and 10 am for intermediates.
You don't have to be a member of CrossFit Blackpool or Fylde Coast Weightlifting to join us for a class, as we have a pay-as-you-go payment option.
Coaches Sally Thompson & Nicole Booth.
